本片主要介绍了在阅读时，大脑所发挥的奇妙复杂作用。随着心理学和神经科学等取得一系列突破，关于阅读时所调用的神经回路研究，已经取得了激动人心的发现。片中首先介绍了两种阅读途径，即语音途径和词义途径，二者相辅相成。然后，片中介绍了因为大脑损伤而导致的三种最常见的阅读障碍。随后，本片介绍了学习阅读对于成人大脑的影响。表明我们的大脑并非天生就适合读写，而是逐渐形成阅读系统。最后，片中还介绍了阅读媒介的变迁历史，认为随着数字时代的来临，电子书等新媒介的出现，必将引领读者进入新纪元。

　　Claudie, a young French woman, inherits her uncle's property in Algeria, much to the disappointment of her scheming cousins Diane and Manuel. On the ferry she meets and falls for Pierre, an idle young man who has squandered his inheritance and is on his way to beg from Christian, his rich but rough-and-ready uncle, who owns a neighbouring farm to Claudie's. Made to work on the farm by Christian as a loan condition, Pierre is soon a changed man, and proposes to Claudie. But when his Arab friend Zoubir invites the Europeans on a hunting party, Diane and Manuel see their chance to move against their cousin.

　　The lines start with “O Somma Luce” which is the title of the film and also the 67th line of the 33rd canto in “Paradiso” of Dante’s “Divine Comedy” to the end of “Paradiso”.  The film is completed with music and lines instead of emotions and narrations.  This is a recent attempt to combine film with literature.　　The film begins with a black screen and the music of Edgard Varese. The BGM is “Deserts” that was recorded in 1954. After some moments of darkness, the music ends and a middle-aged man sits on a hill, reciting something. He is Giorgio Passerone, an Italian literature professor, and he is reading out of the last part of ‘Paradiso’ of Dante’s Divine Comedy. Jean-Marie Straub expressed how he thinks of Dante through a subtle accent and dialect. The director who had encoded many great artists and musicians including Bach, complete the combination of Dante and Varese, which could seem strange. (Lim Kyung Yong)

　　Disney+动画剧集《奇奇与蒂蒂：公园生活》(Chip ‘N’ Dale: Park Life，暂译)释出首张剧照，并确定于7月23日开播。该剧由让·凯罗尔执导，讲述两个小捣蛋鬼试图在大城市公园里过上美好的生活，同时也在经历巨大的、天马行空的冒险。该剧共36集，每集7分钟。

　　一个诞生自地狱梦魇中的生物，因为外貌可怖丑陋，没人知道该如何称呼他。恐怖再次向召唤了它的大学生们袭来……

　　本片改编自洛夫克拉夫特的短篇《不可名状》（"The Unnamable"）。19世纪初一位妇女生下了一个怪物，人们都觉得他太丑陋，没有什么名字能形容他，于是都称之为“不可名状之物”。后来怪物残忍地杀害了他的家人，自己则被困在了墓地里。时间流逝到了1988年，几个大学生听说了不可 名状之物的故事，继而想去墓地一探究竟……

　　Set in an unspecified French village, the locals are shocked when a group of girls skinny dipping in the nearby lake (all very tastefully done I hasten to add) are killed by a group of zombiefied Nazi soldiers, that spring up out of the waters and drag them down to their demise.　　A couple of detectives are brought in to try and solve the mysterious murders, only to end up as the zombies next victims. It turns out that during the war, the French resistance ambushed and killed a squad of German soldiers and dumped the bodies into the nearby lake, but failed to take notice of any of the local superstitions (never a wise move). Although, seeing as this film appears to be set in the early 80's, why it's taken so long for them to emerge and start killing people is a bit of a mystery, but there you go.　　Not-with-standing, the villagers quickly organise a lynch mob to take down the zombie menace, only to end up being decimated by the undead soldiers, who's 'convincing' zombie make-up basically consists of green paint, which doesn't even cover the whole of the actors faces and keeps washing off in the lake.　　There's also a bizarre sub plot about one of the zombies visiting his former daughter, who strangely still looks all of 12 despite the fact she should be in her 40's if she was born near the end of the war, but then since when did logic ever come into these films? Such as why do their uniforms still look almost new despite being underwater for 40 years, or how come the skinny dipping girls are only knee deep in the water when viewed from the lakeside, yet appear to be swimming in 12 feet of it from the underwater shots?　　Bad acting, naff zombie make-up (the aforementioned green face paint), painfully obvious underwater shots filmed in a swimming pool, not to mention the plot inconsistencies bigger than the aforementioned lake itself. Low budget doesn't even begin to describe this film, which quite unbelievably was directed by respected Eurohorror director Jean Rollin, albeit under the pseudo name J A Laser.　　That's not to say the film isn't without merit. I bust a gut laughing at the thoroughly ridiculous scenes of the zombies attacking the naked young girls, and the equally ridiculous slapstick battle with the angry villagers. Utterly hilarious, grab the six pack and the popcorn and have a blast!

　　黑人上帝一直都是一个宗教界争论的话题。我们可以看到很多电影作品中，黑人家庭都会悬挂黑人上帝画像，并且有时还会听到他们的解释，将耶稣的出生地与族裔进行了分析。由于这方面的学术理论本人较为肤浅，现转载一篇论述黑人神学的文章，供大家对这部电影的宗教背景多些认识。　　片名中的Color一词，直指上帝有色人种论。影片记录了耶稣死前的48小时，大部分演员都是黑人出演的，最主要的就是耶稣的角色将由演员、导演水平俱佳的Jean Claude LaMarre饰演。圣母的角色则启用了出演过多部优秀黑人电影的Debbi Morgan。　　电影中罗马士兵仍有白人扮演，但这句对不是一部挑拨种族矛盾的电影，他与《The Passion of the Christ》一样在思想上终于圣经原著，这不过这次他们要讲的是黑人神学中的圣经。在目前《The Passion of the Christ》、《Da Vinci Code》讨论神学电影纷纷均获得成功佳绩的潮流下，《Color of the Cross》也将获得不俗的成绩。
